喉鳞癌组织中HPV16、18E6和HPV16E7蛋白表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV) 16、18型E6和E7蛋白与喉鳞癌发生的关系以及两种蛋白在致病过程中的相互关系。方法 :采用免疫组化SABC方法对 5 8例喉鳞癌 ,30例癌旁组织和 30例声带息肉进行检测。结果 :在喉鳞癌和癌旁组织中的E6蛋白的表达率分别为 31 0 % (18/5 8)和 2 0 0 % (6 /30 ) ;E7蛋白的表达率分别为 32 7%(19/5 8)和 2 0 3 % (7/30 )。声带息肉组中未见E6和E7蛋白阳性表达。E6和E7蛋白表达率在喉癌组与息肉组之间 ,有颈淋巴结转移组与无颈淋巴结转移组之间均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。E6和E7蛋白在喉鳞癌中的表达结果具有明显的相关性。结论 :HPV16、18E6和HPV16E7蛋白与喉鳞癌发生、发展关系密切 。Objective: To investigate relation of HPV16、18E6 and HPV16E7 proteins with carcinogenesis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and correlation between E6 and E7 proteins.Methods: The expression of E6 and E7 proteins were examined by immunohistochemistry method in 58 cases of laryngeal cancers. Results: In laryngeal cancar and paracancerous tissuse,the positive rates of E6 were 31.0%(18/58) and 20.0(6/30); the positive rates of E7 were 32.7%(19/58) and 20.3%(7/30). E6 and E7 were negative in polyp of vocal cord.There were significant differences between cancer group and polyp of vocal cord group,cancer with cervical lymphnode metastasis group and no metastasis group( P<0.01 ).There was correlation between E6 and E7.Conclusion: It suggests that infection of HPV16、18 is closely related to the carcinogenesis of largngeal cancer.E6 and E7 proteins have the synergism in the carcinogenesis and development of laryngeal cancer.
