摘　　要：从农业高新技术企业的特性出发,构建了农业高新技术企业风险投资项目评价指标体系,包括财务、管理、市场和环境、产品与技术因素5项目标层指标、20项准则层指标,并选择层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,基于模糊数学原理对农业高新技术企业风险投资项目进行了较为全面、科学的评价,为农业高新技术企业的风险投资与企业的风险管理提供决策参考。Based on the characteristics of agricultural high-tech enterprise, this paper constructed an evaluation index system of the venture investment project of agricultural high-tech enterprise. The index system concluded five objectives layer index, including finance, management, market and environment, products and technologies, and 20 standard level indicators, and their weights were determined through AHP. And then, the venture investment projects of agricultural high- tech enterprises was cvalated comprehensively and scientifically by the principle of fuzzy mathematics, to provide reference for risk investment and risk management of agricultural high-tech enterprises.
