摘　　要：目的　探讨胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤病理特点与预后的关系。方法　对 38例有随访结果的胃肠道恶性淋巴瘤作LCA ,CD2 0 ,CD4 3 等免疫组化染色 ,对照随访结果 ,观察肿瘤部位、大小、大体类型、浸润深度、组织学类型、累及淋巴结的数目、坏死等 7项指标与预后的关系。结果与结论　其预后与肿瘤大小 ,浸润深度 ,组织学类型 ,累及淋巴结的数目 。Objective To approach the relationship between pathologic features and prognosis in patients with primary gastroenterol malignant lymphoma.Methods Thirty eight cases with primary gastroenterol malignant lymphoma were admitted into the study,which were followed up.All specimens were stained by immunohistochemistry with LCA,CD 20 ,CD 43 .Seven indexes including the site,size,type,the depth of tumor invasion,histological type,numbers of affected lymph node and necrosis of tumor were observed,and the relationship between them and prognosis were analyzed.Results and Conclusion The prognosis of primary gastroenterol malignant lymphoma is related to size,the depth of tumor invasion,numbers of affected lymph node and necrosis of tumor.
