摘　　要：目的 :探讨卵巢肿瘤的CT诊断价值。方法 :分析 2 8例经手术病理证实的卵巢肿瘤的CT表现。结果 :良性肿瘤绝大多数表现为边界光整的薄壁囊性肿块 ;恶性肿瘤呈实质性或混合性 ,边缘不光整 ,增强后实质强化明显 ,并且多见转移征象。结论 :CT对卵巢良恶性肿瘤的鉴别很有价值。Objective To study the diagnostic value of CT in ovarian tumors.Methods The CT findings of 28 cases of ovarian tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology were analysed.Results Most of benign tumors showed thin walled cystic mass with smooth margin.While malignant tumors showed parenchymatous or mixed mass of cystic and parenchymatous with irregular margin,and the parenchyma were obviously enriched after being potentiated,and the signs of metastasis were common. Conclusion CT plays an important role in distinguishing benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
