摘  要:膜吸收法因吸收过程中膜润湿所造成的膜相阻力增加与膜表面形态改变是阻碍膜吸收法吸收CO2的工业应用的重要因素。首先叙述了吸收膜的润湿机理,并基于国内外所采用的提高膜抗润湿性的表面改性研究作了归类总结。最后,从提高疏水性能、稳定性、环保性及可操作性等方面分析比较了各种表面改性方式的优劣,并得出表面物理涂敷法能有效提高吸收膜的抗润湿性并具有良好工业应用前景。Nowadays, the increase of membrane mass transfer resistance and the changes of membrane surface mor- phology due to membrane wetting has been a primary drawback for the industrial application of membrane gas absorption process. The wetting mechanisms of membrane absorption were introduced. Meanwhile, specific surface modification methods were described and analyzed specifically. In addition, the advantages and disadvantages of various specific modification methods were analyzed and compared. At last, it was confirmed that depositing a rough layer by physical coating on the membrane surface had good application prospects.
