摘　　要：大学生是一个高知识群体,其医疗保障体制对国家未来的发展有着举足轻重的影响。文章对美、英、德、法的大学生医疗保险制度进行比较研究,并在此基础上提出完善我国大学生医疗保险制度的措施。College students are a high-intelligence group,which of the medical insurance system has significant influence on the development of country. This paper compares the college students＇ medical insurance system among the United States, Britain, Germany and France and provides the measures of perfecting our country＇s medical insurance system for college students.
