摘　　要：医学生教育成本构成的优化,在于把有限的教育资源用在刀刃上。文章指出了教育成本构成存在的问题;认为教育成本构成的合理配置,要遵从成本类型的特性和规律性;提出了保障医学生教育质量成本的思路和建议。The optimization of education cost composition of medical students was aimed to make full use of the limited education resources. The problems of composition of education cost were analyzed. From which, it can be concluded that reasonable allocation of education cost composition should comply with the characteristic and regularity of cost type. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward to optimize the education quality cost of medical students.
