摘　　要：结合烟包的工艺要求,研究和分析了烟包交接过程中一个在线切换机构所表现出的传动特性,通过机构学分析的专用软件(Dynamische Analyse ebener Mechanismen)对其工作过程进行仿真,获得机构在运动切换过渡过程中的输出构件的角位移,角速度与角加速度,为找到最优的切换点提供了技术参数数据。Considering the process requirements of cigarette packing, this paper has studied and analyzed the transmission characteristics of online cigarette packege switching mechanism. The working process is simulated by using Dynamischc Analyse ebener Mechanismen program, and parameters of angular displacement, angular velocity and angular acceleration of the output shaft are obtained. This research has provided the data of technical parameters for finding the optimal switching point.
