摘  要:介绍了一种电磁阻尼式高楼缓降救生器的工作原理,基于ADAMS建立了传动系统的虚拟样机,并对其动力学性能进行了研究。通过对仿真结果与理论设计值的对比分析,验证了样机模型的正确性;通过对不同载荷下电机所需磁阻力转矩大小的研究,得出了经过二次修正的转矩传动比i=16,使传动模型精确度提高了39.86%,为推导建立精确的缓降救生器数学模型奠定了基础。最后利用物理样机进行了实验测试,结果表明能很好地实现缓降救生,且平均缓降加速时间为1.1 s。The working principle of an electromagnetic damping type of high - rise descent rescue device is intro- duced. The virtual prototype of transmission system is established based on ADAMS, and then the dynamic performance is analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of the simulated results and the calculated value, the correctness of the virtual prototype is proved. Studying the size of the magnetic damping force under different loads, the transmission ratio i = 16 is obtaired after the second revise, and the transmission model precision is raised about 39.86% , which provides a foundation for establishing the precision mathematical model of the descent rescue device. Finally, it carried out ex- periments by using the prototype. The results show that it can well realize descent rescue and the average speed up time of descent is 1.1 s.
