善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻50例临床观察及护理

摘　　要：目的:探究善宁联合理气宽肠汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床护理疗效。方法:选取黏连性肠梗阻的患者100名,将其随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各50人,对照组采用药物治疗,实行一般护理措施,实验组给与药物治疗,并且进行专业护理。观察并比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:实验组治疗后的SDS评分,SAS评分及不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于黏连性肠梗阻来说,对患者进行专业的护理后,患者的病情明显得到了很好的改善,患者的恢复时间明显缩短。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of sandostatin combined with LIqi Kuanchang decoction in the treatment of adhesive ileus. Methods 100 patients with adhesive ileus treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by medicine without nursing, and the experimental group received medicine treatment and nursing. Clinical nursing efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results The SDS, SAS score the experimental group after treatment （22. 56 ± 3.45, 21.89 ± 4. 65 ） were significantly lower than control group （31.35 ± 4. 57, 30. 46 ±5.78）, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 2. 00%, which was significantly lower than control group （30.00%）, differences between two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion For patients with adhesive ileus, it can improve the state and shorthen the recovery time of patients well after applying professional nursing.
