摘 要:SKWB-2500船舶三维数控弯板机用于船舶大尺度三维曲面外板冷弯成形的自动加工,采用了武汉理工大学和山东硕力机械制造有限公司发明的"方形压头可调活络模具板材曲面成形装置"、"板材在线实时检测控制的快速逐步逼近弯曲成形法"等关键技术,有效地避免了三维曲面船板冷弯成形时易发生的皱折和压痕缺陷,在回弹的控制应用中实用高效。通过不同类型实船三维曲面船板的多次压制实践,表明该机可与现行主流造船集成制造系统的板材加工数据无缝链接,实现三维曲面船板无余量数控成形,且加工后的船板表面光顺,加工效率大幅度提高。论文对SKWB-2500船舶三维数控弯板机组成机构及性能、方形压头可调活络模具设计、快速逐步逼近弯曲成形方法和船板加工实践等进行了阐述。A large plate bending machine SKWB-2500 for shipbuilding with three-dimensional digital numerical control is developed, with which cold bending and forming 3D curved shell plate is performed automatically. Key technologies invented by Wuhan University of Technology and Shandong Surele Machinery Co., Ltd., are applied in this machine, including curved plate forming device with adjustable mold and square punch, online real-time detection in fast step by step approaching, etc. Wrinkles, indentation, spring back and other problems in ship plate cold bending have been solved successfully. Through series of tests it is shown that this machine can be seamlessly integrated with the plate production data generated by existing mainstream shipbuilding integrated manufacturing systems and achieve non-margin numerical control in forming 3D curved plate. The plate bended with this machine has a smooth surface and the bending efficiency is greatly improved. The performance of curved plate forming device and ship shell plate processing practice is set forth.
