顺德社会工作人才发展逻辑分析

摘　　要：目前顺德社会工作人才发展逻辑呈现外生性特征,表现为两个方面:其一,社会工作人才产生的主要动力来自外部环境特别是政策因素的推动;其二,社会工作人才发展的策略是倾向于引进外地社会工作机构和人才。反思这种人才发展逻辑的利与弊,并为顺德或相近的经济发展较好地区提供发展社会工作人才的建议。The development of social work talents in Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province displays exoge- nous features, which are manifested in two aspects： First, the social work talents are generated mainly by the push of ex- ternal environment especially the policy factors; Second, the development strategy of social work talents tends to bring in social work organizations and talents from other places. By reflecting the pros and cons of the logic of social work talents development, this paper provides certain suggestions on how to develop social work talents for Shunde District and other regions with similiar level of economic development as Shunde District.
