摘　　要：病历档案作为记录医疗活动全过程的原始材料,是医院管理的重要部分,也反映了医院和患者之间的重要联系。医院要重视和加强病历档案的管理工作,不断提高医保工作水平,从而规范医生医疗服务行为,提高医院管理水平,还要服务大众,让更多的患者受益于医疗保险,为医疗保险事业的发展提供重要保障。As the original material recording the whole process of medical activities,medical records is an important part of hospital management and it reflects the important relationship between hospital and patients.The hospital not only should pay attention to and strengthen medical record management to constantly improve the level of medical insurance so as to standardize the medical service behavior and improve the management level of hospital,but also the hospital should serve the public and make more patients benefit from the medical insurance,and provide important guarantee for the development of medical insurance.
