非对称公共物品困境中领导及其行为方式对被试捐赠行为的影响

摘　　要：采用计算机模拟的公共物品困境普遍实验范式和2×2被试内实验设计,通过对自变量———领导设置(有、无领导)和行为方式(合作,背叛)进行操作,考察两个变量对被试捐赠行为的影响.结果表明:领导在非对称公共物品困境中能够促进群体中的合作行为;群体中优势地位成员的背叛行为没有引发弱势地位成员的背叛行为,反而使其表现出更高的捐赠水平.Based on this study is Asymmetric Social Dilemmas.This experiment was to test the experi-mental design factors 2,the independent variables is member No.1 labeled “leaders”or not and behavior of member No.1 or leader （cooperation or betray）.In order to investigate the influence of the independent variables to the participant＇s donation behavior.The experimental paradigm is Asymmetric Social Dilem-mas;use computer to present experimental scene.The result from experiment supported leader is able to promote cooperation of group in Asymmetric Social Dilemmas;the betrayal behavior of member in an inferior position status did not trigger the betrayal behavior of member in a dominance status,instead member in a dominance status exhibit higher levels of donation.
