摘　　要：该文从分析卓越工程师培养计划的培养目标出发,探讨本科生印制电路工程专业工程师培养存在的问题,提出针对卓越计划修订印制电路教学大纲、编写实用教材、建立校外实习基地、校企联合培养等培养实用创新型印制电路工程人才的思路。“A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers”（PETOE） project is sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Engineering Associating with Ministry of Education and many other Ministries. This paper discusses the cultivating pattern of Printed Circuit Board for outstanding engineers and puts forward some suggestion on cultivating objective, teaching program, standard and curriculum, off-school practice bases and the cooperation between Academics and Businesses which can work as the academic base for university to widen the view of teaching.
