摘　　要：高等职业教育的使命是培养高技能人才,高技能人才必具备适度基础理论知识,面对高等职业院校学生的现状,如何在构建能力为本位的高等职业教育,培养高技能人才的同时让学生扎实掌握基本理论知识是关键问题。本文认为充分利用考试在课程教学中的指挥棒的作用,转变考核观念,发挥网络功能,变革学习和考试方式,提高学生学习效率,为高技能人才培养打下坚实的理论基础。The mission of higher vocational education is to train highly skilled personnel. The highly skilled personnel must have a modest basic theoretical knowledge. Facing the current situation of students in higher vocational colleges, how to build the competency-based higher vocational education and train highly skilled personnel, at the same time grasp the basic theoretical knowledge is the key problem. This paper argues to fully use the role of examination in teaching, change assessment concepts, play functions of network, change study and examination methods, improve student learning efficiency, so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for training highly skilled personnel
