摘　　要：施工成本控制是项目总成本控制的重要组成部分。要做好高校建设项目施工成本控制必须把规范招投标管理,全程监管施工现场和严格把关结算审计几个要点放在重要位置。明确项目施工管理目标,为最终实现高校建设项目投资的有效控制做好基础工作。Construction cost control is an important part of the total project cost control. To do well in construction project construction cost control in colleges and universities, priority must be given to standard bidding management, whole time construction site and strict control of closing audit. The target of project construction management must be clear, to achieve the effective control of construction project investment in colleges and universities.
