摘　　要：项目管理技术非常实用,在我们日常生活中任何一项计划均可采用该项技术来促进目标的实现,本文介绍项目管理技术如何在支部、产学研、教学、班主任、思想素质教育等育人工作中的运用,为大家广泛应用该项技术发挥了较好的借鉴作用。Project management technology is very useful in our daily life, as it can be used to promote the target achievement of any plan. The application of project management technology in such educational work as branches, production-study-research, teaching, head teachers, and ideological and quality education, was introduced in this paper, in order to provide a better refer-ence for the wide application of this technology.
