九型人格理论在法庭辩论中的运用

摘　　要：九型人格是近年来倍受美国斯坦福等大学MBA学员推崇并成为现今最热门的课程之一,近十几年来已风行欧美学术界及工商界。九型人格论属人格心理学范畴,国内很多专家学者进行研究,但是至今为止在与法庭辩论的问题上还没有学者加以探讨。在简要分析九型人格之后,结合目前法庭辩论技巧,提出了九型人格在法庭辩论过程中适用的观点。Recent years, enneagram is widely received by the students of MBA from some great international universities such as Stanford University. The enneagram is one of the most hot courses that is more popular in academic and business circles of the West. The enneagram belones to the category of personality psychology which is gotten more attention by the researchers at home and abroad, but there is a vacancy in the study of the application of the theory in court debate. Based on a brief introduction on concept and types of the enneargram, how to appliction the enneargram to the court debate is put forward combing with the existing court debate skills, and it is concluded that the enneagram can work well in the court debate.
