摘　　要：基于分布式认知理论的翻译教学可以减轻学生在学习过程中的认知负荷,形成学习共同体,促进隐性知识的显性化和学生的知识构建。教师应重视学生任务完成过程中认知能力的培养,优化认知机制,运用网络等先进的计算机软件实施学生自评、小组互评,建立并完善学习者语料库,进行翻译教学设计改革。Translation teaching based on the distributed cognition theory can alleviate students＇ cognitive load in their learning process, develop the learning community and promote the recessive knowledge with dominance and the construction of students＇ knowledge. Teachers should pay attention to the development of students＇ cognitive ability in process of completing their tasks, optimize the cognitive mechanisms, implement students＇ self-assessment, mutual as- sessment in groups, build and improve the learners＇ corpora and carry out the reform of translation instructional design by using network and other advanced computer software.
