摘　　要：本文在假定投资收益率服从正态分布的条件下 ,利用效用函数 ,讨论了企业筹资风险与收益的权衡问题。Under the condition that income-producing rate of investment obeys the normal distribution, this paper discusses the problem of weighing the risk and gains for enterprise raising funds by using the utility function.
