摘  要:本研究通过分析二语学习者英语复杂句写作构思停顿的位置分布,考察写作构思的层次性。研究发现,中国二语学习者的构思停顿与句子边界对应关系明显,作为句法边界的句首与从句首都是构思认知加工的重要位置,二语学习者的写作构思与复杂句式句法结构具有基本一致的层次性。在构思方式上,低年级组受试比较严格地按照复杂句式句法结构的层次进行构思加工,构思层次性清晰;高年级组受试多重从句的构思层次性有所降低,依赖停顿进行构思的认知加工现象减少,边写边构思的行为增多。This study attempts to explore the strata of planning in processing English compound and complex sentences by observing the pause distribution before sentence initials and around clause delimiters in L2 learners' writing. The results of the study show prominent correlations between pause positions and syntactic boundaries, which justify the hypotheses that syntactic boundaries are important positions in cognitive processing, and planning at sentential level shares the same strata with the sentence. The results also reveal that the freshman and sophomore group depends heavily on pausing at structural boundaries in planning compound and complex sentences. As more fluent writers, the junior and senior group plans their sentences during pauses and while writing.
