摘　　要：通过研究可知,信息技术应用能力和信息技术资源都无法对企业业绩产生直接的影响,而信息系统支持竞争战略以及其支持的核心能力等中介变量对实现企业战略价值至关重要。对此,对信息技术战略价值与实践机制进行综合分析。The application of information technology capabilities and IT resources are unable to have a direct impact on corporate performance through the study shows that while the competitive strategy and information sYstems to support its core competencies to support other intermediary variables critical to achieving corporate strategic value.
