摘 要:目的了解新疆汉族、维吾尔族(维族)和哈萨克族(哈族)中小学生应对风格心理健康素质的状况,为开展心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用《青少年心理健康素质调查表·应对风格分量表》对新疆2 129名中小学生的应对风格状况进行调查,比较新疆汉、维、哈族中小学生在应对风格7个维度上的差异,并与全国常模进行比较。结果 (1)新疆中小学生应对风格得分整体高于全国常模;(2)新疆汉、维、哈族中小学生应对风格中的行为情境、认知情境、行为生理以及混合策略4个维度得分比较差异具有统计学意义;(3)在应对风格7个维度中,除女生认知维度得分高于男生以外,其余维度得分差异均无统计学意义;(4)新疆中小学生应对风格年级的得分体现为,在行为情境、认知情境和防御策略维度上是小学五年级得分最高,从初一逐渐上升至高一,之后又有所回落。在行为生理、行为表达、认知表达和混合策略维度上是小学五年级至高一逐渐上升,高一最高,之后又有所回落。结论新疆中小学生应对风格心理健康素质整体高于全国常模;新疆中小学生应对风格存在民族、性别和年级差异。Objective To understand the situation of mental health and coping styles of the students of the elementary and middle schools in Xinjiang, and provide reference for mental health education. Methods 2 125 Han, Uyghur and Kazak students of the elementary and middle schools in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were randomly selected as subjects by using Mental Health Diathesis Questionnaire on Teenagers ·coping style scale. Results To compare with national normal model (1) the coping style score of Xinjiang elementary and middle school students is higher than the overall national norm; (2) the scores on the dimensions of behavior, cognition, behavior and physiological situation , mixed strategy were statistically significant; (3) on the dimension of cognitive ,the scores of girls are higher than boys, but there were no significant differences in other six dimensions; (4) the grade score of coping style of Xinjiang elementary and middle school students reflects, the score of the fifth grade was the highest of the dimension of behavior, the grade score rise gradually from first grade of junior school to first grade of senior school, then fell back. On the dimension of behavior physiology, behavior expression, cognitive expression and mixed strategy, the score gradually rises from the fifth grade of elementary school, and reaches the top on the first grade of senior school, then falls baek. Conclusion The overall mental health and coping styles in Xinjiang primary and middle school students is higher than the national norm; There are differences in coping style causing by ethnic, gender and grade of Xinjiang primary and middle school students.
