四手操作在口腔正畸间接粘结技术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 将四手操作应用在口腔正畸间接粘结技术中，比较其与传统护理在正畸间接粘结技术中的应用差异，评价四手操作对于间接粘结的影响，从而建立一套适合口腔正畸间接粘结技术的四手操作模式。方法 选择2013年6～12月在重庆医科大学附属口腔医院接受正畸治疗的患者20例，随机分为观察组和对照组各10例。观察组患者采用四手操作配合间接粘结技术粘结上半口托槽，对照组患者采用普通护理配合间接粘结技术粘结上半口托槽。比较两组粘结托槽的临床操作时间及首次复诊的托槽脱落率。结果 观察组临床操作时间[（16.6±3.8） min]少于对照组[（20.7±5.1）min]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；而观察组首次复诊托槽脱落率（4.17％）与对照组（5.83％）比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 四手操作配合间接粘结技术在保证托槽粘结质量的同时能有效减少临床操作时间，提高工作效率。Objective To apply four-handed dentistry operation in the orthodontic indirect bonding technique ,comparing the differences between traditional nursing procedure and four-handed dentistry practice,evaluate the influence of four-handed operation in the indirect bonding technique and establish an appropriate four-handed operative mode in indirect bonding of orthodontics treatment. Methods Selected 20 patients with rectification therapy at Stomatological Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2013 to December 2013 ,who were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly ,10 of each group. The patients of in the observation group were treated with four-handed operation in the orthodontic indirect bonding technique to bond the brackets of upper denture ,while the control group with ordinary nursing in the orthodontic indirect bonding technique. The clinic operation time of bonding brackets and bond failure rate of brackets on the first return visit were recorded and compared. Results The operation time of the observation group,（16.6±3.8）min,was less than that of the control group, （20.7±5.1）min. The difference had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The bond failure rate on the first return visit of the observation group is 4.17%,while the control group 5.83%,which had no statistical difference between the two （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Four-handed operation in the orthodontic indirect bonding technique can reduce operation time effectively and improve the work efficiency besides ensuring brackets bonding quality.
