摘 要:目的对北京市16个区县的社区卫生服务中心采取抽样调查的方式,分析绩效工资制度的实施现状,为基层卫生机构绩效工资制度的实行提供相关政策建议。方法通过问卷调查的方式,对抽样机构的绩效工资实施现状及不同岗位人员态度进行调查。结果被调查的人员对目前现状满意度较高,不满意的人员仅占11.1%,绩效工资制度在考核内容、结果和反馈等方面均有成效,但仍有36.4%的人员的对目前工资情况不满意。结论应建立绩效工资内外部公平性与反馈机制,对绩效工资体系实施动态管理。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of performance-related pay system by taking a sampling survey to community health service institutions from 16 districts and counties in Beijing, in order to provide relevant policy recommendations for the system of grass-roots heahh institutions. Methods Through the way of questionnaires, the institutions sampled, including the implementation status of performance-related pay and attitude of employees of different positions were surveyed. Results Higher satisfaction were surveyed on the current, only 11.1% of the staffs were not satisfied. Pay for performance appraisal system in the content, results and feedback were effective. But there were still 36.4% of the staffs were not satisfied with the current wages. Conclusion Establish internal and external fairness of performance-related pay and feedback mechanisms, manage performance-related pay system dynamically.
