PIK3CA蛋白异常表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨PIK3CA蛋白异常表达与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法选取人胃癌切片114例,记录TNM分期;慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃黏膜15例作为对照。应用免疫组化法检测两组中PIK3CA蛋白的表达。结果胃癌组织PIK3CA蛋白表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01);PIK3CA蛋白表达水平在N1-N2较N0有明显上升(P<0.01);在M1表达较M0有明显上升(P<0.01)。结论 PIK3CA蛋白表达异常可能与胃癌淋巴转移和远处转移相关,PIK3CA蛋白有望成为评价胃癌预后的指标。Objective To investigate the abnormal relationship between the expression of PIK3CA and the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer. Methods 114 cases of human gastric cancer were selected and recorded TNM staging;15 cases of chronic superficial gastritis were picked as control group. PIK3CA expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results PIK3CA protein expression in gastric cancer was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.01）. PIK3CA protein expression in N1-N2 has significantly increased compared with N0（P〈0.01）. PIK3CA expressed in M1 has increased significantly compared with M0（P〈0.01）. Conclusions The abnormalities of PIK3CA may be associated with gastric cancer lymph node and distant metastasis. PIK3CA protein is expected to be evaluated gastric cancer prognosis holpfully.
