鼻咽癌放疗后慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的鼻内镜手术治疗疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的鼻内镜手术治疗疗效。方法分析我院2008年1月至2013年2月五官科收治的鼻咽癌放疗后慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者72例临床资料,观察鼻内镜治疗后3、6个月的临床疗效情况。结果鼻咽癌放疗后慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者疗后3、6个月总有效率和生活质量评分无明显差异,P>0.05。结论鼻咽癌放疗后慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的鼻内镜手术治疗效果稳定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach comprehensive treatment efficacy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy of chronic nasal sinusitis patients by nasal endoscopic surgery. Method To analyze 72 cases clinical data of of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy of chronic nasal sinusitis patients,After treatment 3 months, 6 months of clinical efficacy situation were detected. Result The total effective rate and life quality score of chronic nasal sinusitis patients by nasal endoscopic surgery after treatment 3 months, 6 months were no obviously difference,P〉0.05. Conclusion The nasal endoscopic surgery treatment effect is stable chronic nasal sinusitis patients by nasal endoscopic surgery,which was to be used.
