经脉通治疗仪隔姜片穴位疗法预防痔瘘术后尿潴留40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨经脉通治疗仪隔姜片穴位疗法预防痔瘘术后患者尿潴留的疗效。方法:将120例痔瘘手术患者随机分为常规组、对照组和观察组各40例,常规组实施常规护理措施,对照组给予吴茱萸盐袋加穴位局部热敷按摩护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予以经脉通治疗仪隔姜片穴位疗法。观察三组患者尿潴留发生率,膀胱尿液潴留量,第1次排尿时间及排尿量,尿潴留与其性别的关系。结果:观察组尿潴留发生率低于对照组及常规组(P<0.05),观察组膀胱内尿量<400 ml的患者明显少于对照组和常规组(P<0.05);观察组术后距第1次排尿的时间明显短于对照组和常规组(P<0.05),而排尿量则明显多于对照组和常规组(P<0.01);发生尿潴留的患者中男性发生率明显高于女性(P<0.05)。结论:经脉通治疗仪通过局部加热刺激穴位,结合隔姜穴位治疗,辅以针对性的护理措施,可以有效缩短患者术后排尿时间,增加患者术后第1次排尿量,降低尿潴留发生率。Objective ：To investigate the curative effect of acupoint therapy with Jingmaitong treatment apparatus in the prevention of urinary retention after anal fistula operation. Methods ：120 patients who received anal fistula operation were randomly divided into the routine group, the control group and the observation group （ 40 cases in each group）. The routine nursing measures were implemented in the routine group ;vodiamine salt bag combined with local hot compress and massage was used in the control group ;acupoint therapy with Jingmaitong treatment apparatus was adopted in the observation group based on routine nursing care. The incidence of urinary retention, the urine vol- ume of urinary retention in bladder, the first micturition time and urine volume, the relationship between urinary retention and gender were observed in the three groups. Results：The incidence of urinary retention was lower in the observation group than that in the control group and the routine group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the patients whose urine volume of urinary retention in bladder 〈 400 ml were fewer in the observation group than those in the control group and the routine group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the first micturition time was obviously shorter in the observation group than that in the control group and the routine group { P 〈 0.05 } ; the micturition volume of the patients in the observation group was more than that in the control group and the routine group（P 〈 0.01 ） ;the incidence of urinary retention was higher in male patients than that in female patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Application of Jingmaitong treatment apparatus combined with targeted nursing measures can effectively shorten the micturition time after operation,increase the first micturition volume and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.
