内镜下应用碎石器治疗巨大胃石症36例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨胃镜下应用碎石器治疗植物性胃石的效果。方法分析经胃镜检查确诊的36例巨大胃石症,在胃镜下经碎石器切割联合取石网篮分次取出的过程。结果 36例患胃石症患者,经镜下碎石治疗,胃石均成功取出。结论经胃镜下应用碎石器将胃石切碎并应用异物网篮分次取出,患者痛苦小、费用低,效果可靠便于临床推广。Objective To explore the treatment plant gastrolith lithotriptor gastroscopy under the effect of. Methods 36 cases of huge gastric bezoar diagnosed by endoscopy in gastroscopy, cutting process combined with stone basket points out the broken stone. Results The 36 patients with gastrolithiasis patients, the endoscopic lithotripsy, bezoar were successfully removed. Conclusion The endoscopic application of gravel for the gastrolith chopped and application of foreign body basket points out, little pain, low cost, reliable and convenient for clinical Dromotion.
