乳腺癌钼靶X线的诊断体会

摘　　要：目的回顾乳腺癌钼靶X线征象,总结经验,提高诊断准确率。方法总结分析我院2011年中经手术病理证实72例乳腺癌的X线表现。结果 72例乳腺癌中,直接征象:16例表现为小于临床测量的肿块,37例肿块伴毛刺;11例表现为恶性钙化;8例表现局限性致密浸润;72例乳腺癌伴有或不伴有漏斗征、酒窝征、厚皮征、恶性晕圈征、恶性大导管征、异常血管征、塔尖征、彗星尾征、腋淋巴结肿大等间接征象。结论准确识别乳腺癌钼靶X线征象,对乳腺癌的正确诊断具有重要作用。ObjectiveTo review molybdenum target X-ray signs of breast cancer, sum up experience, and improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods72 patients of breast cancer were analysed molybdenum target X-ray manifestations with pathology conifrmed in our hospital.ResultsIn 72 cases of breast cancer, direct-signs involve：16 cases iamging measurement less than clinical; 37 cases of tumor with burr; 11 cases of malignant calciifcation;8 cases of dense inifltration performance limitations; 72 cases with or without Indirect signs： include funnel sign, dimples levy sign, thick skin sign, malignant halo sign, big pipe sign, abnormal blood vessels sign, the spire sign, the comet tail sign, axillary lymph node enlargement, etc.ConclusionAccurately identiifcating molybdenum target X-ray signs of breast cancer, it could accurately diagnose breast cancer.
