摘　　要：目的：探讨本院中心静脉导管护理室工作模式和管理方法．方法：通过总结本院中心静脉导管护理室实践，制定相应的流程和制度．结果：开设中心静脉导管护理室，满足了出院患者导管的日常维护，在减轻病房工作压力的同时，方便了患者．结论：设立中心静脉导管室专科护理门诊可满足就诊者多元化的需求，提升了专科护理质量，有利于护理专科的发展．AIM： To explore working mode and management methods of the central venous catheter nursing room in our hospital. METHODS ： By summarizing management practice of central venous catheter nursing room in our hospital practice, we formulated the corresponding procedure and system. RESULTS： Central venous catheter nursing room meets the daily maintenance of the discharged patients with catheter, which reduces the ward work pressure and at the same time, provide convenient for patients. CONCLUSION： The center vein international nurse outpatient service can meet the needs of visitors diversification, promote the specialized nursing quality and the development of nursing specialty.
