高校创新型师资队伍建设的理念与机制研究

摘　　要：建设一支高素质的创新型教师队伍是高校培养创新型人才的迫切需要。高校高层次师资队伍尤其是创新型师资队伍现状还不容乐观,存在适应性不强、平衡性不足、统筹性不够等问题。有关政府管理部门和高校需要强化师资队伍建设的"培育"理念、"适应"理念和"协同"理念,优化学校高层次创新型师资队伍建设的软环境,优化完善高层次创新型师资队伍建设工作机制,优化学校高层次创新型师资队伍结构,优化高层次创新型师资队伍建设工作格局。The construction of a high-quality and innovative uni-versity teaching staff is an urgent need to cultivate innovative tal-ents. The current situation of university high-level teacher group, especially innovative teacher group, is still not optimistic, as it is not flexible, lacks balance and coordination. Relevant government departments and universities need to strengthen the ideas of＂cultivation＂,＂adaption＂and＂coordination＂in the construction of teaching staff, optimize the soft environment, mechanism, struc-ture and situation of the construction of high-level innovative u-niversity teaching staff.
