“90后”师范类大学生入党动机调查及对策研究——以绍兴文理学院为例

摘　　要：目前,随着我国社会市场化不断深入,大学生入党动机价值多元化日趋明显,部分学生存在功利化倾向,影响着党员队伍的质量。上世纪90年代出生的师范类大学生在高校中相对特殊,他们大部分是在新世纪第一个十年以后进入大学校园,价值观与以往的大学生有着很大不同。他们毕业后将进入各地中、小学工作,肩负培养祖国下一代的使命。他们是否具有正确的入党动机将直接关系到他们在职场中的价值取向,也会影响到中、小学生的人生观、世界观和价值观的树立。本文通过发放调研问卷与访谈等形式调查了"90后"师范类在校大学生入党的原因和动机,提出了如何引导他们树立正确入党动机的建议。Currently, with the deepening of China＇s market-ori-ented society, the diversification of university students＇ motivation and value of joining the Party becomes increasingly evident, and even some students tend to be utilitarian, affecting the quality of Party members. Mostly having entered university campus after the first decade of the new century, normal university students born in 1990s, are relatively particular at university, and their values are greatly different from those of the past university students. They will become primary and secondary school teachers around the country after graduation, shouldering the mission of cultivat-ing the next generation of the motherland. Whether they have correct motivation of joining the Party will directly influence their value orientation in the workplace, as well as the establishment of primary and secondary school students＇ outlooks on life, world and values, so their motivation of joining the Party is particularly important. By questionnaire and interview, the writer investigated＂post-90s＂normal university students＇ reasons and motivations of joining the Party, and proposed suggestions on how to guide them to establish correct motivation of joining the Party.
