摘　　要：构建"以人为本"的学生管理体系是高校学生管理的必然趋势,笔者在本文中分析了学生管理以人为本的重要性,实现以人为本的管理体系需要高校学生管理工作者增强服务意识,真正去了解学生需求,充分培养学生自我管理能力,并形成良性互动的管理机制。To construct a people-oriented student management system is an inevitable trend of college student management. The writer analyzed the importance of people-oriented student man-agement. To realize the people-oriented management system, col-lege student administrators need enhance the awareness of ser-vice, truly understand students＇ needs, and fully cultivate stu-dents＇ self-management ability, thus forming a favorable interac-tive management system.
