摘　　要：当今社会是一个以终身学习为基石的学习型社会,而信息素养是实现终身学习的关键。终身学习的本质核心是学习者信息素养的培养。开展信息素质教育是图书馆一项重要的服务工作。图书馆有开展信息素质教育的优势、能力和职责。Today＇s society is a learning society with lifelong learning as the cornerstone, and information literacy is the key to realize lifelong learning. The core essence of lifelong learning is the cultivation of learners＇ information literacy. To carry out the information literacy education is an important library service. Li-brary has the advantage,ability and responsibility to carry out in-formation literacy education.
