摘　　要：利益与道德的关系问题是伦理学的基本问题之一。探讨利益诉求与道德自觉之间的关系,首先需要打破利益与道德二元对立的思维定势。正确理解利益诉求与道德自觉的辩证关系是探讨利益诉求之下道德自觉的前提基础。要正视不同利益诉求之下的道德层次差异,增强不同利益维度逻辑架构下的道德自觉,进而建构充分反映主体利益诉求的道德文化自觉。The relationship between interest demand and morality consciousness is one of the basic ethic issues. To explore the relationship between interests demand and moral consciousness, firstly, the binary opposition thinking pattern between interests and moral should be broken. The premise and foundation to explore the moral consciousness under the interest demand is to correctly understand the dialectical relationship between interest demand and morality consciousness. It is necessary to face up to the different moral levels under different interest demands, to strengthen the moral consciousness under different interests, and to construct the moral and cultural consciousness fully reflecting the main interest demand.
