摘　　要：气候变化深刻影响着人类生存与发展,是当今国际社会共同面临的重大挑战。本文基于国际最新研究进展,阐述了气候变化领域的新认识和结论,涉及当今气候变化事实与影响、气候变化的原因、未来气候的可能变化与影响,以及应对气候变化所需作的努力等;分析了我国在应对气候变化和环境保护方面所面临的挑战,特别是针对雾霾问题,剖析了其变化及成因,并提出了相关建议和对策。Climate change exerts profound impacts on the survival and development of human, thus becoming a major challenge faced by the international community. To protect global environment and address climate change, the international communityjointly make efforts to deepen the under standing and to meet the challenge. Based on the latest research progress, this paper summarizes the new understandings and conclusions on climate change, including observed facts and impacts of the current climate change, attribution of climate change, future changes of the climate system and their impacts, and the efforts of the international community required to address climate change, etc. The challenge in China to address climate change and protect environment is also demonstrated. In particular, we analyze the change and the cause of the haze, and p^t {~rvea^d some rel.evaut s^g gestions.
