摘　　要：政府拥有强大的政治统治资源,是公共权力的主要执行者和代表者。政府的角色直接影响到生态文明建设的效率和效果。作为生态文明建设的主体,政府应合理定位自身角色,从源头上扭转生态环境恶化的趋势,实现美丽中国梦,实现中华名族永续发展。Government has strong political resources and is the executor and representative of public authority. Government＇s role has direct impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of ecological civilization construction. As the subject of ecological civilization construction, government shall carefully define its role to reverse the ecological deterioration at the early stage so as to achieve China dream and perpetual development of Chinese nation.
