摘 要:目的探讨第三脑室肿瘤高场强MRI表现。方法回顾性分析观察2011年7月至2013年10月经MRI扫描诊断并经术后组织病理证实为第三脑室肿瘤的患者40例。采用单因素分析肿瘤良恶性与肿瘤部位、大小、形态、边界、位置、T1及T2信号均匀性、强化方式之间的相关性。并行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 40例第三脑室肿瘤患者包括良性27例及恶性13例。单因素分析结果显示,肿瘤部位、大小、形态、边界、位置、T1及T2信号均匀性与第三脑室肿瘤良恶性有关。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,T2加权呈等信号是判断恶性肿瘤的危险因素。结论高场强MRI可以最大程度发挥肿瘤形态显像优势,如第三脑室肿瘤T2加权呈等信号,则可能为恶性。Objective To investigate high findings MRI of the third ventricle tumors. Methods 40 cases with third ventricles lesions confirmed by MRI and pathological examination were enrolled in this study. The tumors, side, size, shape, margin, location, number of affected quadrant, bone destruction, T1 and T2 signal, homogeneity of T1 and T2 signal, enhancement pattern.Using single variate analysis and multivariate logistic regression, the correlation between the above mentioned factors and benign or malignant tumors was analysis and multivariate logistic regression, the correlation between the above mentioned factors and benign or malignant tumors was analyzed. Results 40 cases included 27 benign cases and 13 malignant ones.Single variate analysis indicated that tumors, shape, margin, location, bone destruction, and T2 signal bore a close relationship to the benign and malignant third ventricles tumors. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that bone destruction and iso-intense on T2 weighted image were the risk factors of malignant orbital tumors. Conclusion MRI can accurately locate the tumors in the third ventricles .If combined with bone destruction or iso-intense on T2 weighted image, the third ventricles lesions might be strongly suspected to be malignant .
