摘  要:目的探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导基因1(Tiam1)表达与头颈部鳞状细胞癌浸润转移的关系。方法应用逆转录-PCR(RT-PCR)技术,对91例头颈部鳞状细胞癌组织和30例头颈部正常组织进行Tiam1 mRNA表达水平的检测,并结合临床特点进行分析。结果 Tiam1 mRNA在91例头颈部鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达水平明显高于头颈部正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Tiam1 mRNA在淋巴结癌、扁桃体癌及中耳癌组织中的表达水平明显高于头颈部正常组织。Tiam1mRNA在不同分期、有无淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌、喉癌及上颌窦癌中的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Tiam1 mRNA在头颈部鳞状细胞癌浸润转移过程中可能起重要作用,可成为判断头颈部鳞状细胞癌预后的指标之一。Objective To explore the correlation between Tiaml gene (T lymphoma invasion and metastasis 1 ) and squama carcinomas of head and neck progression. Methods Using of reverse transcription polymeras chain (RT-PCR) technique on 91 squama carcinomas of head and neck tissue cases and 30 normal head and neck tissue cases to proceed the test of Tiaml mRNA expression. Results Average expression of the Tiaml gene in squama carcinomas of head and neck tissue is higher than in normal head and neck tissue (p 〈 0.01 ) ; Average expression of the Tiaml gene in lymphoid node caicinoma, tonsil caicinoma and middle ear caicinoma tissue is higher than in normal head and neck tissue (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Average expression of the Tiaml gene was related to N staging and neck lymphoid node metastasis in carcinomas of larynx, nasopharyngeal carcinomas and maxillary sinus carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Our data suggests that the expression of the Tiaml gene correlates invasion and metastasis of squama carcinomas of head and neck.
