摘  要:目的探讨CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取80例拟诊断为肝脏肿瘤患者,采用CT增强延时扫描技术进行诊断,比较其诊断结果和术后病理结果。结果 80例患者手术后病理均诊断为肝脏肿瘤,78例患者CT增强延时扫描技术诊断为肝脏肿瘤,2例误诊,准确率为97.5%。80例患者手术后病理诊断为肝内转移瘤15例,肝囊肿20例,肝血管瘤10例,原发性肝癌22例,肝母细胞瘤13例。其中CT增强延时扫描技术误诊的2例患者术后病理诊断为原发性肝癌。结论 CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中具有良好的应用价值,能够有效提高临床诊断率,可作为肝脏肿瘤诊断的新方法。Objective To investigate application value of the enhanced CT delayed scanning in the diagnosis of hepatic tumor. Methods Eighty patients of suspected liver cancer were enrolled into this study. All patients were applied enhanced CT delayed scanning for the diagnosis of liver cancer, the results were compared with the postoperative pathological. Results Eighty patients were pathologically confirmed as liver cancer, and liver tumors were diagnosed in 78 cases with enhanced CT delayed scanning, 2 cases were misdiagnosed. The accuracy rate of enhanced CT delayed scanning was 97. 5%. Postoperative patho- logical results of these eighty patients were as follow: 15 eases with liver metastases, 20 cases with liver cyst, 10 cases with liver hemangioma, 22 cases with primary liver cancer, 13 cases with hepatoblastoma. Among these, two cases were misdiagnosed as primary liver cancer. Conclusion Enhanced CT delayed scan has a good application value in differential diagnosis of liver tumors, it can improve the clinical diagnostic rate, and can be used as a new method for the diagnosis of liver tumor.
