摘 要:从塑件结构工艺性出发对垫圈簧片的工艺性进行了分析。给出了成型垫圈簧片模具浇口布置的几种不同设计方案,并采用CAE软件从气穴、熔接痕、温度场、密度场等方面对几种方案进行了分析对比,预测气穴和熔接痕可能存在的位置,最终确定了浇口的较佳位置和数目。在优化结果的基础上,设计了成型模具,该模具结构紧凑,能满足生产需要,保证产品成型质量。The manufacturability of spring washer was analyzed from the plastic structure. Several different design schemes about the gate's arrangement of the mold for forming washer spring were given. CAE software was applied to analyze and compare several schemes from aspects such as cavitation, weld line, temperature field, density field. The existing location of cavitation and weld lines was calculated. The optimal number and location of gate was ultimately determined. According to the results of optimization, the mold was designed. The mold structure is compact, can meet the need of production and ensure forming quality of the product.
