摘　　要：针对大型喷砂室丸料回收效率低、丸料易堵塞、基础施工昂贵等问题,设计了一种以气缸为动力,由PLC控制的刮板式丸料回收装置。PLC控制气缸往复运动,将丸料推到料斗,实现循环工作。The pellet material recycling efficiency in large sandblast room is low, pellet material is easily blocked, its foundation construction is expensive. A scraper type pellet material recovery equipment, that is driven by cylinder and controlled by PLC, is designed. The PLC controls the reciprocating motion of cylinder, so pellet material is pushed into the hopper to realize recycling.
