摘 要:目的:探讨骨密度异常患者烤瓷修复后基牙稳定性的变化。方法:选取2010年1月至2011年12月在清华大学玉泉医院口腔修复科行烤瓷修复患者120例,年龄40-50岁,均为女性,根据实际情况分别采用烤瓷单冠修复和烤瓷桥修复,分别在修复即刻以及修复后2年检测基牙松动度。结果:就单冠组而言,正常组,骨质减少组和骨质疏松组患者修复2年后与修复后即刻相比差异无统计学意义,(正常组P=0.461;骨质减少组P=0.277;骨质疏松组P=0.068);就烤瓷桥组而言,正常组,骨质减少组患者修复2年后与修复后即刻相比差异无统计学意义,骨质疏松组差异有统计学意义(正常组P=0.565;骨质减少组P=0.231;骨质疏松组P=0.017)。结论:骨密度异常可影响烤瓷修后基牙稳定性,骨密度越低,基牙稳定性越差。Objective: To investigate the stability variation of abutment teeth after treated with porcelain restoration in patients with bone mineral density anomaly. Methods: Randomly selected 120 female patients need porcelain restoration in our department from 2010.1 to 2011.12, ages from 40-50 years old. According to oral cavity conditions, all these patients were treated respectively by porcelain crown or porcelain bridge. Then stability of abutment teeth was detected immediately after restoration and 2 years after restoration. Results: For the porcelain crown team, 2 years after restoration, stability variation did not change significantly in patients with normal bone mineral density, bone mineral density decrease or osteoporosis (for normal bone mineral density team, P=0.461; for bone mineral density decrease team, P=0.277; for osteoporosis team, P =0.068). For the two abutment teeth porcelain bridge team, 2 years after restoration, stability variation did not change significantly in patients with normal bone mineral density or bone mineral density decrease, but reduced significantly in osteoporosis patients (for normal bone mineral density team, P=0.565; for bone mineral density decrease team, P=0.231; for osteoporosis team, P=0.017). Conclusion: Bone mineral density anomaly could affect the stability of abutment teeth after treated with porcelain restoration. Decrease in bone mineral density will lead to decrease in stability of abutment teeth.
