摘 要:以福建师范大学福清分校与福建农林大学300名在校大学生为对象,对其流畅体验与心理幸福感进行探讨和研究。结果显示:大学生流畅体验与心理幸福感皆处于中上水平。男性的流畅体验在"技能—挑战平衡","行动—意识融合","自我意识的丧失"和"全神贯注于当前任务"维度上的得分上高于女性,且流畅体验的一些维度在年级、文理科方面也存在显著差异;不同年级在心理幸福感的差异表现在"环境适应"与"利他行为"上,大一>大三>大二;"心理成长"在文理科上,理科>文科>体科;性别在心理幸福感上没有差异;流畅体验多项因子与心理幸福感多项因子存在显著正相关,并且对心理幸福感有较好的预测作用。This research takes 300 students from Fuqing Branch of Fujian Normal University and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as the subjects, discussing their flow experience and psychological well-being. The results show that college student's flow experience and psychological well-being level is on the middle and upper level. Male students exhibit higher level of flow experience than female students in the following dimensions: skills-challenge balance, action-awareness merging, loss of self-consciousness and being absorbed into the current task; students of different grades and of arts and science major also show differences in the above mentioned different dimensions. Differences of psychological well-being of students of different grades can be identified in environment adaptation and altruistic behavior and can be illustrated as: freshmen 〉junior〉sophomore. Students of arts and science major show different mental growth: science major〉arts major〉sports science major. Gender differences do not lead to psychological well-being differences. Factors of flow experience and psychological well-being exhibit significant positive correlation, and the psychological well-being is a good predictor of flow experience.
