摘 要:直流电机转台伺服系统的控制是个复杂的过程,难以得到精确的数学模型,并且传统的PID控制有抗干扰能力差、稳态精度不高等问题。考虑这些方面,为了提高控制精度,设计了一种基于模糊PID算法的直流电机转台伺服控制系统,介绍了模糊PID控制器的设计方法,控制器采用图形化的编程语言LabVIEW实现了系统的设计和仿真。针对PID控制、模糊控制、模糊PID控制仿真的结果进行比对分析,仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制的伺服系统具有更高的控制精度和静态性能,更好的动态响应速度和抗干扰能力;并且基于LabVIEW软件设计的控制器较传统的软件设计的界面友好,在线调试操作方便,提升了伺服系统控制过程的效率。The servo system of DC motor simulator is a complex process, and it is difficult to get a accurate mathematical model. The traditional PID has poor anti-interference ability, and not high steady state accuracy. Considering these aspects, in order to improve the control precision, a kind of servo control system of DC motor was designed based on fuzzy PID algorithm platform, and the design method of fuzzy PID controller was introduced. The controller used LabVIEW to realize the design and simulation system. To compare PID control, fuzzy control, fuzzy PID control, the simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control has higher control accuracy and static performance, and better dynamic response speed and anti-interference ability. And the controller designed based on the LabVIEW has friendly interface, convenient operation for online debugging, which improves the efficiency of process control system.
