摘　　要：目的了解医院洁净手术室的运行和管理现状,为洁净手术室的科学管理提供依据。方法采用现场采样检测方法,对广州市部分医院洁净手术室静态条件下的微小气候和空气洁净效果进行监测并对管理现状进行调查。结果共抽检广州市18家医院的53间洁净手术室,静压差、温湿度、截面风速、空气洁净度和沉降菌等6项指标监测都合格的洁净手术室比例为18.87%。各项指标中,温度、沉降菌和尘埃粒子数合格率分别为88.89%、88.68%和83.02%,相对湿度、静压差和百级截面风速合格率较低,分别为60.00%、58.49%和54.72%。少数医院洁净手术室未按规范设置专职管理人员,存在过滤系统过滤器清洗和更换不规范。结论广州市医院洁净手术室管理欠规范,空气洁净合格率总体偏低,需要加强日常监督监测和规范化管理。Objective To know the operation and management situation of clean operating rooms in hospitals, and to pro- vide the basis for scientific management. Methods On - the - spot sampling and testing were used to monitor the microcli- mate and clean effects for the in - using clean operating rooms, and the management situation were surveyed. Results Fif- ty three in -using clean operating rooms in 18 hospitals were surveyed, the qualified rate （all the indexed net differential pressures, temperature, humidity, speed of transverse wind, air purity, aettlement bacteria passed） of the 53 surveyed rooms was 18. 87%. As to the indexes, the qualified rate of temperature, settling bacteria and dust particle count was 88.89% , 88.68% and 83.02% respectively; the qualified rate of relative humidity, net differential pressures and speed of transverse wind （frequency of ventilation） was 60. 00% , 58. 49% and 54.72% respectively. In Internal management, there was no full - time staff responsible for the management of the clean operating rooms in some hospitals ; some of the surveyed hospitals did not according to the guideline to carry out the cleaning and replacement of equipments. Conclusion The management of the clean operating rooms in hospitals in Guangzhou are lack of standardization, the overall qualified rate of the clean air are low, it should be strengthened in the routine maintenance and standardized management.
