准确与模糊:高校合理定位的思考

摘　　要：理想中,准确定位成为遏制高校千校一面,促进高校特色化发展的有效途径。基于学界认同的高校趋同发展的根源在于定位不准,面对高校准确定位应然与实然的巨大差距,通过对准确与模糊两类定位的分析,阐明准确定位是定位理论中的一种聚焦。高校定位系统是准确定位与模糊定位的集合,类型定位准确不等于高校自动走向趋异,合理的定位应是准确或明确,做到可考量与可评价,提出合理定位促进高校发展的建议。Ideally, the accurate orientation of colleges and universities is an effective way to prevent them becoming similar and achieve development with unique characteristics. The source of the convergence development of colleges and universities is the inaccurate orientation and there is a huge gap between the actual and exact orientation of colleges and universities. This paper firstly expounds that colleges and universities＇ orientation should be a combination of accurate orientation and ambiguous one, and puts forward that accurate orientation is the focus of orien- tation theory. Secondly, this article proposes that accurate orientation does not mean the divergence of the development of colleges and universities, the latter needs reasonable orientation, which should be explicit, measurable and assessable. At last, the author makes suggestions on how to advance colleges and universities＇ reasonable orientation.
