摘　　要：实现高等教育人才输出应与各行业人才需求的平等对接,人才培养必须围绕行业发展趋势的转变做出积极调整。"十二五"发展阶段,国内煤炭开采发展趋势主要表现为开采深度的延深、生态环境保护的紧迫性、机械化水平的提升及对经济投资效益的重视;相应地,其对采矿工程专业本科生在深部开采理论知识的储备、知识结构的多学科交融及专业实践能力的提升方面形成新的要求;新形势下,结合采矿工程专业本科生现行培养体系的不足,应通过调整专业课程体系、强化专业综合技能训练体系和优化专业考核标准的策略,积极面对煤炭开采发展新趋势。To make sure the personnel cultivation of higher education meet the requirements of various fields, undergraduate education must make a positive adjustment according to the transitional developing trend. During the Twelfth Five-year developing period, the growing trend in China domestic coal mining mainly focuses on deepening of mining depth, urgency of ecological protection, improving of the mechanization level and emphasis on economic efficiency of investment. Correspondingly, new demands on the undergraduates majoring in mining engineer- ing are the reserving of the basic theoretical knowledge in deep-mining, the blending of multidisciplinary knowledge structure and the enhancing of professional practice. Under the new situation, considering the defect of the present training system of undergraduates majoring in mining engineering, adjustment of professional curriculum system, strengthening of professional comprehensive skills training system and optimizing of professional appraisal standards should be put into operation to meet the new developing trend in coal mining positively.
